Synopsis Capel Green (2021)

Capel Green is a new, independent feature length documentary film about the myriad of strange occurrences which took place in and around Rendlesham Forest, close to the twin US Air Force bases of Bentwaters and Woodbridge in Suffolk, England during 1980. At the heart of this compelling film is the original military whistle-blower of these events, Larry Warren, who has fought for the justice and truth behind this matter since the incidents occurred, battling the press, the military unit he served, as well as a few online detractors. A cold case from 38 years ago, the film follows his life, as well as other USAF witnesses from the time, bringing forward new evidence and previously unseen original documents.

Numerous US Air Force personnel witnessed UFOs in the sky, large orbs of red light floating low to the ground, landed craft and unusual entities which were observed in a farmer's field known as Capel Green. This is NOT a science fiction film, these events actually took place and affected real people and their lives. Featuring re-enactment scenes of the incredible events and interviews with witnesses who have never spoken on camera before, this is an amazing part of our history which has never been fully researched or investigated in the media. Until now!

Often described as Britain's "Roswell", the mysterious lights and events witnessed spanned several evenings; and the Capel Green incident on the third night of activity was by far the most intriguing. The film talks to the many witnesses involved, takes the time to analyze the facts, documents and evidence behind what really occurred, and questions why these incidents did not follow the standard investigation procedures by authorities.

This is an insightful and human story about what actually took place in the early hours of Sunday December 28th 1980 in a farmer's field called Capel Green, which sits on the edge of Rendlesham Forest in Suffolk, England.
